IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it was notified on 24 December 2019 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:

These shares have been acquired by the trustee of the IntegraFin Share Incentive Plan 2018 by way of market purchase at a price of £4.675 per share.
The Company further announces that on 24 December 2019 it granted awards over ordinary shares under its Performance Share Plan. These awards, by way of nil-cost options, were made to Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:
