Director Declaration

IntegraFin Holdings plc announces that non-executive chair, Patrick Snowball, will be appointed to the board of Provident Financial plc as non-executive chair with effect from 21 September 2018.

Following this announcement Patrick has expressed his intention to step down from the chairmanship and the board of IntegraFin Holdings plc before the end of the year. 

In due course, the board of IntegraFin Holdings plc will provide an update regarding plans for a new chair.

This disclosure is made in compliance with Listing Rules 9.6.11, 9.6.12 and 9.6.14.
