I, Barry Carlson, P.E., P.Eng., SME-RM consent to the public filing of the technical report entitled "Feasibility Study and Technical Report on the DeLamar Project, Owyhee County, Idaho, USA" dated February 2, 2026, with an effective date of December 8, 2025 (the "Technical Report") by Integra Resources Corp. (the "Company").

I also consent to any extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the news release of the Company dated December 17, 2025 (the "News Release").

I certify that I have read the News Release that the Technical Report supports filed by the Company and that it fairly and accurately represents the information in the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.
