CONSENT OF EXPERT

The undersigned, Raphael Dutaut, Ph.D (P.Geo), Vice President, Exploration with Integra Resources Corp., consents to being named in the prospectus supplement dated� March 7, 2024 (the “ Prospectus Supplement ”) to the final short form base shelf prospectus of Integra Resources Corp., dated January 16, 2024 (the “ Shelf Prospectus ”, and together with the Prospectus Supplement, the “ Prospectus ”) in relation to the scientific and technical information contained in the Prospectus and documents incorporated by reference therein and reviewed and approved by the undersigned (the “ Technical Information ”) in connection with the filing of the Prospectus and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Information and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Information in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.
