CONSENT OF EXPERT

I, Benjamin Bermudez, P.E., Chemical/Process Engineer, M3 Engineering & Technology Corp., consent to being named in the final short form base shelf prospectus of Integra Resources Corp., dated January 16, 2024 (the “ Prospectus ”) and to the use of the report entitled “ Technical Report for the DeLamar and Florida Mountain Gold - Silver Project, Owyhee County, Idaho, USA ”, dated October 31, 2023, with an effective date of August 25, 2023 (the “ Technical Report ”), in connection with the filing of the Prospectus and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.
