1. appointment of Mr. Prince Chugh having Membership Number ACS 63852, as Company Secretary of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable rules. Brief details of Directors have attached as Annexure 1

2. approved the shifting of the registered office of the company from state of Maharashtra to state of Delhi and consequently alteration in the Situation clause of the Memorandum of Association.

3. approved the Notice of 14[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) alongwith Directors Report, Secretarial Audit Report, Corporate Governance Report with certificates and other matters/items incidental thereto.

The meeting was commenced at 02:30 P.M and concluded at 04:00 P.M.
