Item 8.01 Other Events.

As previously disclosed, Greatbatch, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its acquisition of Lake Region Medical Holdings, Inc. (“Lake Region Medical”) on October 27, 2015. In order to meet the requirements of Regulation S-X in connection with the Company’s filing of a registration statement on Form S-3, the Company is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide the historical unaudited financial statements of Lake Region Medical and its subsidiaries as of October 3, 2015 and for the nine months ended October 3, 2015 and September 27, 2014 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference.
