In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Act, and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you as follows:

INSTITUTE IGH, d.d. Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714 announces that today, March 10, 2025, it has signed two contracts with the company Hrvatske ceste d.o.o, for the management, construction and maintenance of state roads, Zagreb, Vončinina 3, OIB: 55545787885, as follows:

• Contract for the provision of supervision services of the construction of the Kašina-Zlatar Bistrica expressway, stage 1 from the Zlatar Bistrica Interchange to Marija Bistrica 3.5 km, estimated contract value in the amount of 694,559.28 euros, or total contract value (including VAT): 868,199.10 euros;

• Contract for the development of all types of conceptual designservices with the obtaining of a location permit for the Varaždin-Ivanec-Krapina highway, section Lepoglava-Bednja-Đurmanec, approximately 17 km long, estimated contract value in the amount of 420,409.00 Eur, or total contract value (including VAT): 525,511.25 Eur.

The total value of the concluded contracts (including VAT) is 1,393,710.35 Eur.
