SUBJECT: Announcement for Investors - Institute IGH signed a contract with Bouygues T.P. worth 497.956,42 EUR

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Act, and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you as follows:

INSTITUT IGH, d.d. Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714 (hereinafter: the Company) announces that on April 5th 2024 INSTITUT IGH has signed a contract with Bouygues T.P. for the provision of services of control and ongoing testing services on the Istrian Ypsilon A8 motorway; section PUO Kvarner – Matulji: section Nova Vas - Višnjan, phase 2b – north highway pavement from 18+320 km to 20+320 km including the bridge "Mirna" and section Medaki - Kanfanar including the viaduct "Limska Draga". The worth of the signed contract is 497.956,42 EUR. The VAT is not included in the contract price.

As of today in 2024, IGH has agreed a worth of 4.3 MEUR + VAT new contracts.
