This amount of shares represents 3.63% of the total share capital of Institut IGH, d.d.

The reason for reporting this transaction is that Mr. MARIYAN TKACH, OIB: 20591396734, residing at Ulica Miroslava Kraljevića 28, Zagreb, who is the director of Avenue Mehanizacija d.o.o., also serves as a member of the supervisory board of INSTITUT IGH d.d.
