Additionaly, the termination of a pledge right in favor of the same company for 53,846 shares with the symbol IGH-R-D was registered on the same day.

The reason for reporting this transaction is that Mr. MARIYAN TKACH, OIB: 20591396734, residing at Ulica Miroslava Kraljevića 28, Zagreb, who is the director of Avenue Mehanizacija d.o.o., also serves as a member of the supervisory board of INSTITUT IGH d.d.
