Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714 (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) announces that on September 17, 2025, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of INSTITUTE IGH, d.d. was held, at which the Supervisory Board acknowledged and accepted the resignation of the President of the Management Board, Mr. Robert Petrosiani, effective September 17, 2025. The Supervisory Board acknowledged and accepted Mr. Mariyan Tkach's resignation from the position of member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and unanimously adopted a decision to appoint Mr. Mariyan Tkach as the President of the Management Board of the Company.
