Subject: Strategic business decision

Pursuant to provisions of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette Nos. 88/08, 146/08, 74/09) and according to the Zagreb Stock Exchange rules, we wish to advise you as follows:

INSTITUT IGH, d.d., with the registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB 79766124714, continues with the process of restructuring and optimization of business processes in order to increase its productivity and ensure continous growth in terms of value. To fulfil this objective in keeping with relevant Croatian regulations and the Company's Collective Agreement, and as investments have fallen drastically in Croatia and surrounding countries, Institut IGH d.d. has started to create a surplus employee placement program.

The decision on defining actual surplus of employees has been made in the scope of continuing activities aimed at rationalization of business expenditures and making improvements in the sphere of efficiency. The surplus employee placement program includes termination of sixty four (64) employment contracts and this for business related reasons.

The surplus employee placement program is carried out in a responsible manner, and includes severance payments, respect of other related rights, and appropriate dialog with the union.

The main objective of Institut IGH d.d. is to maintain, over the long term, its position and role in Croatian economy and on foreign markets. We wish to remain a stable and reliable employer and business partner, and to ensure continuous growth through constant rationalization and optimization of business expenses and through profitable operation, to the benefit of our employees and shareholders.
