Subject: Notification on the Decision of INSTITUT IGH, d.d. General Assembly

INSTITUT IGH, d.d., with registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, VAT Number: 79766124714 (hereinafter: Issuer) pursuant to provisions of Art. 459. of the Capital Market Act and the Rules of Zagreb Stock Exchange, hereby notifies that today, 12 July, 2021, the Issuer's General Assembly session was held , starting at at 10.00 a.m. and ending at 10,04 a.m. where the following Decision was adopted:

Ad 2.) Decision on approving the signing of contracts between B2 KAPITAL d.o.o., with registered seat in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 41, (VAT Number) 57509775367 and Avenue Mehanizacija d.o.o. with registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, (VAT Number) 58611913496, dated 19 April 2021.

Article 1

The signing of the following contracts is approved:

a) Contract on Sale and Purchase of real property at the address Janka Rakuše 1 between B2 KAPITAL d.o.o., with registered seat in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 41, VAT Number 57509775367 as the Seller, and Avenue Mehanizacija d.o.o. with registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, VAT Number 58611913496, as the Buyer, dated 19 April 2021.

b) Contract on Sale and Purchase of Senior debt (comprising of the Remaining Senior Debt and Senior Debt Retained) between B2 KAPITAL d.o.o., with registered seat in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 41, VAT Number 57509775367 as the Seller, and Avenue Mehanizacija d.o.o. with registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, VAT Number 58611913496 as the Buyer dated 19 April 2021.
