On June 24, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing the completion of its acquisition of Expert Insulation, Inc. and Expert Insulation of Brainerd, Inc. as well as an insulation installer in Pennsylvania. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
