Change in number of shares and votes in Instalco

As of today, July 31, 2023, the total number of shares and votes in Instalco AB (publ) amounts to 264,107,025.

During July 2023, the number of shares and votes in Instalco AB (publ) has increased by 2,531,125 as a result of the exercise of warrants of series 2020/2023 that were issued within the framework of the incentive program that was established according to the decision at the 2020 Annual General Meeting. All of these shares have been subscribed for by, and allotted to, participants in the incentive program.
