Change of number of shares and votes in Instalco

Pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument), Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market and who increases or reduces the total number of shares or votes in the company is to disclose such changes on the last trading day the same month.

As of 31 July 2020, there are in total 51 778 236 shares and votes in Instalco AB ("Instalco" or the "Company").

The change in number of shares and votes in the Company is a result of the board of directors' decision to issue in total 149 920 new shares within the scope of the general meeting's authorisation as payment in connection with the acquisition of VentPartner i Sverige AB, FTX Teknik & Service AB, Uudenmaan Lämpötekniikka Oy and a correction for Östersjö Elektriska AB, and 1 154 294 shares in connection with the exercise of warrants in the Company´s incentive programme from 2017.
