Declaration of Voting Results & Voting Rights Announcements • Dec 29, 2017

Pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument), Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market and who increases or reduces the total number of shares or votes in the company is to disclose such changes on the last trading day the same month.

As of 29 December 2017, there are in total 47,023,270 shares and votes in Instalco Intressenter AB ("Instalco" or the "Company").

The change in number of shares and votes in the Company is a result of the board of directors' decision to issue in total 604,902 new shares within the scope of the general meeting's authorisation as payment in connection with the acquisitions of Telefuusio Oy, Elkontakt i Borås AB, Elkontakt i Göteborg AB, Elkontakt Syd AB, Elkontakt Entreprenad i Stockholm AB, Elektro-Centralen Service Hisings Backa AB, Elektro-Centralen Entreprenad Hisings Backa AB, Elektro-Centralen It Hisings Backa AB, Elektro-Centralen Communication Hisings Backa AB and LVI-Talo Kannosto Oy.
