Changes to the Group management team

Instalco AB announces that Robin Boheman has been appointed as the new CFO. Prior CFO, Lotta Sjögren, has undergone heart surgery and will be on sick leave until further notice. The new appointment of CFO takes effect today, 11 November 2019.

"Robin Boheman has worked at Instalco since the company was founded and we've collaborated closely in a tightly knit team. Robin is very well acquainted with all matters dealt with by the Group management team and we have great confidence in his abilities," says Per Sjöstrand, CEO of Instalco.

Robin Boheman has most recently held the position of Head of M&A and Business Development. He has been a member of the Group management team, with responsibility for all acquisitions made since the company's inception in 2014. Boheman has prior experience of strategy development in listed companies and he has also worked as a consultant. Robin has a master's degree in accounting and finance from Uppsala University.

During the year, Instalco added new expertise to its transactions team and the company will continue pursuing its current active strategy for making additional acquisitions.
