Oslo, 25 May 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Instabank ASA (the "Company") published on 4 May 2023, regarding the successful private placement of new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement").

Certain close associates of a primary insider of the Company subscribed for and were allocated new shares in the Private Placement as further described in the attached forms.
