Instabank ASA - Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of Instabank ASA was held on December 18th, 2020.

The proposal of renewal of the company’s incentive program for key employees was approved with the following adjustments: The subscription price will be increased by 5% each year. In the event of payment of dividends, or other dispositions that affect the shares' right to the company's profits, for example in the event of a share split, splice and merger, a value-neutral adjustment of the share options or an early redemption shall be made.
