Exercise of Options - Issue of Equity

Inspired (AIM: INSE), a leading technology enabled service provider supporting businesses in their drive to reduce energy consumption, deliver net-zero, control energy costs and manage their response to climate change, announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,250,000 new ordinary shares of 0.125p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Group's Share Option Schemes.

The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 13 December 2022.

Following this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights comprises 976,256,769 ordinary shares of 0.125p each and the Group does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 976,256,769 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Inspired under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
