Notice of General Meeting

Inspired Energy plc (AIM: INSE), a leading UK energy procurement consultant to UK corporates and SME's, is to hold a General Meeting ('GM') on Tuesday, 13 July 2015 at 11am at the offices of Gateley Plc, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester M2 4WU.

The ordinary resolutions to be considered at the GM, are in accordance with articles 28.1.2.1 and 28.1.2.2 of the Company's articles of association, and the need for each director of the Company to retire and be re-elected as a director of the company with immediate effect.
