Share purchases by the Board

Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), the leading consultant for energy procurement, utility cost optimisation and legislative compliance in the UK and Ireland, announces that the entire Board has today purchased shares in the Group. Details of the share purchases are set out in further detail in the tables below.

The revised holdings of the directors are as follows:
