Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), a leading UK energy procurement consultant to UK corporates, announces that it was informed yesterday that, Mr Robert (Bob) Holt, Chairman of the Company,  yesterday acquired 229,167 ordinary shares of 0.125p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result, Mr Holt now has an interest in 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.84% of the total voting rights of the Company.
