("Inspired" or the "Group")

Issue of Equity

The Group announces that it has, today, made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 5,391,709 new ordinary shares of 0.125p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Group's 2011 Share Option Scheme. 

The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 26 August 2015.

On admission of the New Shares the Group's share capital and total voting rights will comprise of 438,816,613 ordinary shares of 0.125p each. The Group does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 438,816,613 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Inspired under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
