Result of AGM
Inspired (AIM: INSE), a leading technology-enabled service provider delivering solutions to enable businesses to transition to net-zero and manage their response to climate change, today held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Gateley Legal, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU, where all resolutions were duly passed .
The results of the votes received in relation to the resolutions will be made available on the Company's website at www.inspiredplc.co.uk/reports-and-presentations .
The Inspired board notes that in respect of Resolution 8 (a non-binding, advisory resolution to approve the remuneration report), 19.15% voted against this resolution. The board has engaged with shareholders extensively to understand their views, in accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code.
