Change of Auditor

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, announces that following the conclusion of a tender process overseen by the Company's Audit Committee, the Company has appointed Crowe U.K. LLP ("Crowe U.K.") as the Company's independent auditor with effect from 25 November 2025.

Crowe U.K. will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial period to 31 January 2026 and any proposal to re-appoint Crowe U.K. as auditors of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

BDO LLP, the Company's outgoing independent auditor, has confirmed that there are no matters connected with their ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
