Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer.

Mike Briant will be joining the Board of Inspiration Healthcare in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary on 19 September 2016.  Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has over twenty years' experience as CFO including twelve years in medical devices.  Previously, Mike was Group CFO of LMA International NV, a medical device company quoted on the Singapore Stock Exchange.  The Board would like to thank Andrew Hebb for his contribution to the business over the past six months as Interim CFO and Company Secretary.
