Result of General Meeting ("GM") held in connection with

Proposed Capital Reduction

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, announces that, at the GM held today, the resolution put to the shareholders in connection with the proposed reduction of the Company's share capital (the "Capital Reduction") was duly passed.

The proposed Capital Reduction was announced on 19 August 2016 and set out in the Notice of General Meeting annexed to the Circular of the Company posted to shareholders on the same date.

The Capital Reduction is subject to confirmation at a hearing of the Court currently scheduled for 24 October 2016.
