AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting to be held at 12.00 noon today, Neil Campbell, Chief Executive Officer, will give the following update on trading:

"The year has started well and we have renewed two distribution agreements with Atom Medical, the largest manufacturer of incubators in Japan, and a five year contract with EPMC Pharma of Belgium for the sale of its sucrose products in the UK and Ireland. The integration of the activities of Inditherm and Inspiration has positioned us well to grow our future operations and our strong balance sheet will allow for our further plans to be implemented."
