GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND departments are unlikely to be classified as significant data fiduciaries (SDFs) under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP)Act, signallinga lighter compliance framework for public authorities even as stricter ~ obligations are expected to apply to large private sector platforms, officials aware of the discussions said.

The indication emerged during a meeting convened on Wednesday by Secretary, ministry of electronics & IT (MeitY), SKrishnan,withrepresentatives from multiple ministries and government agencies to review the implementation of the data protection framework.

Participants included officials from the ministries of home affairs, mines, heavy industries, and AYUSH, along with the department of posts, department of pharmaceuticals, the Defence Research and Development Organisation,and the department for promotion of industryand internal trade.

According to sources, the government does not, at this stage, intend to notify its ministries or departmentsunderthe SDF categorydespitethescaleof personal data handled by these entities. Instead, the designa-

उप्र में अब अंडों पर होगी Expiry Date

लखनऊ@एजेंसी। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने एक अप्रैल से अंडों पर उसके उपयोग की आरिवरी तारीख (एक्सपायरी) दर्ज करने का निर्णय लिया है और दवाओं के पत्तों की तरह अंडों पर भी यह प्रयोग होगा। एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने यह जानकारी दी। आधिकारिक जानकारी के अनुसार, एक अप्रैल से अंडा

उत्पादकों के लिए एक्सपायरी डेट का उल्लेख करना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। राज्य सरकार के पशुपालन विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव (एसीएस) मुकेश मेश्राम ने बताया कि अंडा उत्पादकों को हर अंडे पर उत्पादन की तारीख और एक्सपायरी की तारीख की मुहर लगानी होगी।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि लगभग 30 डिग्री सेल्सियस के सामान्य तापमान पर रखे गए अंडों का इस्तेमाल, अंडे दिए जाने की तारीख से दो सप्ताह के अंदर कर लेना चाहिए; और जब अंडों को दो डिग्री सेल्सियस से आठ डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच के रेफिजरेशन तापमान पर रखा जाता है, तो उनका इस्तेमाल अंडे दिए जाने की तारीख से पांच सप्ताह के अंदर किया जा सकता है। सीतापुर जिले में एक पॉल्ट्री फार्म के मालिक बालेश्वर वर्मा ने बताया कि यह फ़ैसला हाल ही में एपीसी

यह ठीक वैसा ही है जैसा दवाओं की स्टिप्स और बोतल पर एक्सपायरी और उत्पादन की तारीख लिखी होती है। उन्होंने बताया कि अंडों पर मोहर लगाने के लिए फ़्ड-ग्रेड इंक (स्याही) का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि जिन अंडों को सामान्य तापमान पर रखा जाएगा, उन पर गुलाबी स्याही का इस्तेमाल किया जाए; जबकि जिन अंडों को शीत भंडार गृहों में रखा जाएगा, उन पर मुहर लगाने के लिए नीली स्याही का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। वर्मा ने कहा कि अगर अंडों पर कोई मुहर नहीं लगी होगी, तो उन्हें खाने के लिए अनुपयुक्त माना (कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त) दीपक कुमार की जाएगा और फिर उन्हें नष्ट कर दिया जाएगा।

श्रीलंका में UPI का एक्सपेंशन ट्यूरिस्ट को होगा फायदा

नई दिल्ली@एजेंसी। नेशनल पेमेंट कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (एनपीसीआई) की अंतरराष्टीय इकाई एनपीसीआई पेमेंट लिमिटेड इंटरनेशनल (एनआईपीएल) ने कहा कि वह श्रीलंका में यूनिफाइड पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस (यूपीआई)

को स्वीकार्यता में विस्तार कर रहा है। एनपीसीआई ने आगे कहा कि इससे भारतीय यात्रियों के लिए श्रीलंका में भुगतान का अनुभव अच्छा होगा और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी।

भारत में 700 मिलियन से अधिक क्यूआर टचपॉइंट्स के साथ, प्लेटफॉर्म की इंटरऑपरेबल आर्किटेक्नर वैश्विक प्रणालियों के साथ एकीकरण को सक्षम बनाती है. जिसमें श्रीलंका का लंकापे-संचालित लंकाक्युआर इंफ्रास्ट्र्कर भी शामिल है। पर्यटन क्षेत्र के लिए भारत श्रीलंका का सबसे बड़ा स्रोत बाजार बना हुआ है। 2024 में 4.28 लाख से अधिक भुगतान इंटरफेस की सुविधा मिलेगी।

अब एयरलाइंस की 60 प्रतिशत सीट्स सलेक्शन होगी फ्री

नयी दिल्ली@एजेंसी। सरकार ने विमानन कंपनियों से कहा कि घरेलू उड़ानों में 60 प्रतिशत सीट पर यात्रियों से अतिरिक्त शुल्क न लेने को कहा गया है। इसके अलावा, नागर विमानन मंत्रालय के प्रयासों के तहत यात्रियों की सुविधा बढाने के लिए विमानन कंपनियों से यह सनिश्चित करने को भी कहा गया है कि एक ही 'पीएनआर' (पैसेंजर नेम रिकॉर्ड) पर यात्रा करने वाले यात्रियों को उड़ान में साथ बैठाया जाए। इन कदमों की घोषणा करते हुए मंत्रालय ने कहा कि नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय (डीजीसीए) ने विमानन कंपनियों को निर्देश दिया है कि हर उड़ान में कम से कम 60 प्रतिशत सीट बिना अतिरिक्त शूल्क के उपलब्ध कराई जाएं ताकि निष्पक्ष पहुंच सुनिश्चित हो सके। एक विमानन कंपनी के अधिकारी ने बताया कि वर्तमान में केवल 20 प्रतिशत सीट बिना शुल्क के बुक को जा सकती हैं जबकि बाकी सीट के लिए भुगतान

कंपनी ने बुधवार, 18 मार्च, 2026 को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के माध्यम से सदस्यों को उनके ई-मेल पते पर स्पष्टीकरण कथन के साथ पोस्टल बैलट की सूचना भेजने का काम पूरा कर लिया है, जो डिपॉजिटरी प्रतिभागियों या रजिस्ट्रार और शेयर ट्रांसफर एजेंट (आरटीए) यानी Bigshare Services Private Limited के पास पंजीकृत है और जिनका नाम कटऑफ तिथि यानी शुक्रवार, 13 मार्च, 2026 को सदस्यों के रजिस्टर/डिपॉजिटरी के रिकॉर्ड में दिखाई देता है। यह डाक मतपत्र सूचना कंपनी की वेबसाइट www.insolationenergy.in, स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों की वेबसाइटों (बीएसई लिमिटेड और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड) की वेबसाइट www.bseindia.com और www.nseindia.com) तथा एनएसडीएल की वेबसाइट www.evoting.nsdl.com पर भी उपलब्ध है। जो व्यक्ति कट-ऑफ तिथि तक सदस्य नहीं है, उसे यह डाक मतपत्र सूचना केवल सूचना के उद्देश्य से ही समझनी चाहिए।

निदेशक मंडल (बोर्ड) ने मेसर्स पिंचा एंड कंपनी, जयपुर के पार्टनर श्री अक्षित कुमार जांगिड़, प्रैक्टिसिंग कंपनी सेक्रेटरी (एफसीएस 11285, सीपी नंबर 16300) को निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से रिमोट ई-वोटिंग प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से पोस्टल बैलेट का संचालन करने के लिए स्कूटिनाइज़र नियुक्त किया है। कंपनी ने अपने सभी सदस्यों को रिमोट ई-वोटिंग सुविधा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से NATIONAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY LIMITED('NSDL) की सेवाएँ ली हैं। रिमोट ई-वोटिंग के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश 12 फरवरी, 2026 के नोटिस में दिए गए हैं।

जिन शेयरधारकों ने अपना ईमेल पता पंजीकृत नहीं किया है, उनके मामले में यह कहा जा सकता है कि एमसीए परिपत्रों के अनुसार, कंपनी केवल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप में पोस्टल बैलट नोटिस भेजेगी और पोस्टल बैलट फॉर्म और प्रीपेड बिजनेस लिफाफे के साथ पोस्टल बैलट नोटिस की हार्ड कॉपी शेयरधारकों को इस पोस्टल बैलट के लिए नहीं भेजी जाएगी। तदनसार, सदस्यों की सहमति या असहमति का संचार केवल रिमोट ई-वोटिंग प्रणाली के माध्यम से होगा। इसलिए, जिन शेयरधारकों ने अभी तक अपना ईमेल पता पंजीकृत नहीं किया है, उनसे अनुरोध है कि वे अपना ईमेल पता पंजीकृत करवा लें या आरटीए यानी Bigshare Services Private Limited से ईमेल आईडी [email protected] पर या कंपनी से ईमेल आईडी यानी [email protected] पर संपर्क करें।

रिमोट ई-वोटिंग के माध्यम से मतदान की अवधि गुरुवार, 19 मार्च, 2026 (आईएसटी) को सुबह 09:00 बजे शुरू होगी और शुक्रवार, 17 अप्रैल, 2026 (आईएसटी) को शाम 05:00 बजे समाप्त होगी। इसके बाद ई-वोटिंग के लिए NSDL द्वारा ई-वोटिंग मॉड्यूल को निष्क्रिय कर दिया जाएगा, उक्त तिथि के बाद सदस्य द्वारा किया गया कोई भी मतदान वैध नहीं होगा और उक्त तिथि के बाद इसकी अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। सदस्यों का मतदान अधिकार कटऑफ तिथि के अनुसार कंपनी की चुकता इक्विटी शेयर पूंजी में उनके शेयरों के अनुपात में होगा। एक बार सदस्य द्वारा प्रस्ताव पर वोट डालने के बाद, उसे बाद में इसे बदलने या फिर से वोट डालने की -

भौतिक रूप से शेयर रखने वाले सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपना ईमेल पता कंपनी के आरटीए के साथ [email protected] पर अपडेट करें। इसके अलावा, कट-ऑफ तिथि तक शेयर रखने वाले सदस्य और जिन्हें डाक मतपत्र नोटिस नहीं मिला है, वे कंपनी में आवेदन कर सकते हैं और उसकी एक प्रति प्राप्त क सकते हैं।
