Australian Wealth Management scheme meeting to proceed on 22 April 2009 following Court orders

Australian Wealth Management Limited ( AWM ) advises that the Supreme Court of Victoria has today issued orders convening a meeting of AWM shareholders to vote on the scheme of arrangement in relation to the proposal to merge AWM and IOOF Holdings Ltd ( IOOF ) announced on 24 November 2008 (the Proposal ).

Outlined below is an updated timetable of events:
