TRADING HALT

The securities of IOOF Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 19 October 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

IOOF Holdings Limited ABN 49 100 103 722 (the Company ) requests an immediate halt in trading of the Company’s ordinary shares (ASX Code: IFL), to apply from the commencement of trading on 17 October 2017 pursuant to listing rule 17.1.

The Company provides the following information for the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a transaction and associated capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of a further announcement to the market by the Company in relation to completion of the capital raising, and the commencement of trading on 18 October 2017.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
