Notice of 2021 Virtual Annual General Meeting

IOOF Holdings Ltd (IOOF) has been monitoring the advice of the government health authorities regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Having regard to the interests of the health and safety of our shareholders, directors and staff, and in accordance with temporary legislation that allows companies to use technology to meet regulatory requirements under the Corporations Act 2001, IOOF has decided that its 2021 Annual General Meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) will be held as a virtual event.

The AGM will be held virtually at http://web.lumiagm.com/370-300-136 at 9.30am (AEDT) on Thursday 25 November 2021.

Further information and guidance on how shareholders may participate this year’s virtual AGM will be available with the Notice of Meeting and on IOOF’s website: https://www.ioof.com.au/shareholders.

The Notice of Meeting will be published on the Market Announcements Platform and emailed to those shareholders who have elected to receive communications electronically on or around 22 October 2021.

An item of business to be addressed at the AGM will be the election of directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and in accordance with the Company’s constitution, nominations for the election of directors must be received between 30 September and 14 October 2021 at IOOF’s registered office.
