Substantial holding notification from The Capital Group Companies, Inc.

The Management Board of InPost Societe Anonyme (hereinafter the Issuer,InPost S.A.) announces that on 8 November 2021, InPost S.A. was notifiedby the Capital Group Companies, Inc. about increasing the share of theCapital Group Companies in the total number of votes at the GeneralMeeting of the Issuer above 5% resulting from the acquisition of theIssuer's shares.
