Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Shri Siddharth Jain (DIN 00030202) has ceased to be a Non-Executive Director of the Company, consequent to his resignation due to time constraints caused by the global pandemic as a result of which more focussed attention is required to other businesses, with effect from the close of business hours of 28[th] July, 2020.

Shri Siddharth Jain has been associated with the Company as a Non-Executive Director since 2009 and has made significant contribution in the building and the overall growth of the Company.
