Sub: Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Inox Wind Limited ('the Company')
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 8th February, 2019, inter-alia, approved the appointment of Shri Narayan Lodha as Chief Financial Officer of the Company (CFO) w.e.f. 9th February, 2019 in place of Shri Jitendra Mohananey, Chief Financial Officer who on account of internal restructuring has been moved to its Holding Company, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited for wider group related professional responsibilities.
The Board of Directors placed on record their appreciation for immense contribution made by Shri Jitendra Mohananey as CFO of Inox Wind Limited over the past 3 years.
Shri Narayan Lodha, 41 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary who has rich experience of more than 18 years in the fields of Financial Planning & Reporting, MIS, Budgeting & Business Strategy, Banking & Finance, Cost Controls, Taxation, Auditing and Secretarial. He was previously associated as Chief Financial Officer of large infrastructure companies like Bhilwara Energy Limited.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 8th February, 2019 till completion of 48 hours after this disclosure is submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
