APPLICATION TO THE TAKEOVERS PANEL

Dragon Mining Limited (ASX:DRA) ( Dragon Mining or the Company ) advises that the Company has made an application to the Takeovers Panel seeking a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to the nature of the relationship between two of the Company's substantial shareholders, COL Capital Limited and Eurogold Limited.

Dragon Mining will update shareholders on the outcome of the Application in due course.
