Bard1 Life Sciences Limited (ASX: BD1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Bard1 Life Sciences Limited (‘BD1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BD1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, BARD1 LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED ( ASX:BD1 ) ( Company ) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX with effect from commencement of trading on 14 June 2019.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The Company is requesting the trading halt pending an announcement to the market regarding a potential equity raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on 18 June 2019, being the second trading day after the trading halt commenced, or when the capital raising referred to in paragraph 1 above is announced to ASX.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
