TRADING HALT
The securities of BARD1 Life Sciences Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 22 March 2018, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, BARD1 LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED ( ASX:BD1 ) ( Company ) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX with effect from commencement of trading on Tuesday, 20 March 2018.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

The reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 22 March 2018 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

The Company expects the event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
