TRADING HALT

The securities of BARD1 Life Sciences Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 5 July 2017, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 BARD1 Life Sciences Limited (“Company”) requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities on the morning of Monday 3 July 2017, pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising that is material to the Company.

It is expected that an announcement will be made on the capital raising prior to commencement of trading on Wednesday 5 July 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. The Company has no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
