Further to the trading halt placed on Eurogold Limited ("Eurogold" or the "Company") this morning, the Company advises that this trading halt has arisen in relation to issues surrounding its agreement to sell its gold assets to Oxus Gold plc.
As soon as Eurogold has been able to clarify these issues it will make a further announcement to the market and the trading halt will be lifted.
