RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Eurogold Limited (ASX:EUG) announces the resignation of Director Mr Brett Montgomery and the appointment of Mr Carlisle Procter to the Board, effective immediately.

The Board acknowledges and appreciates the valuable contribution and significant input that Mr Montgomery has made to the Company since being appointed in August 1989. The Board wishes Brett every success in the future.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Carlisle (Lyle) Procter as a Director of the Company.

Mr Procter graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Economics. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FFin.) Mr Procter worked in various senior management positions with the Reserve Bank of Australia for over 30 years and since leaving the Bank he has worked as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Asian Development Bank. Mr Procter is currently a non-executive director of the Bank of South Pacific Limited, a company listed on the Port Morseby Stock Exchange and a non-executive director of ASX listed company Tanami Gold NL. He is also an independent non-executive director of Sun Hung Kai & Co Limited and Allied Overseas Limited.
