On July 27, 2011, Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its third quarter ended June 30, 2011. A copy of that press release and the attached financial schedules are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.

On July 28, 2011, the Company held a conference call regarding the third quarter financial results. The transcript of that conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to the report and is incorporated herein by reference.
