Şirketimiz Genel Kurulu'nun 26.06.2024 tarihli toplantısında,

Kar dağıtımı konusundaki yönetim kurulu önerisi aynen kabul edilerek, Şirketimizin sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait mali tablolarında 4.384.826 TL net dönem karı, yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında 5.980.801,07 TL net dönem karı oluşmasına karşın, Şirketimizin yeni yatırım ve yeniden yapılanma sürecinde olduğu dikkate alınarak, 2023 yılı kârından dağıtım yapılmayarak kârın Şirket bünyesinde tutulmasına, 2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
