Unaudited Operating Results of the Group for the Third Quarter of 2021

This announcement is made by Inke Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries and its controlled entities, the “ Group ”) pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules (as defined below)) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Listing Rules ”).

The board of Directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company (the “ Board ”) is pleased to announce that, according to the unaudited management accounts of the Group and the information currently available, the Group’s operations for the third quarter of 2021 maintained the growth momentum of the first half of 2021 and it is expected that the unaudited revenue for the third quarter of 2021 will be approximately RMB2.5 billion, representing an increase of approximately 108% as compared to that for the corresponding period in 2020 (the third quarter of 2020: approximately RMB1.2 billion).

The Board wishes to remind the investors that the above operating results for the third quarter of 2021 are unaudited and are based on the preliminary preparation of internal information and therefore, may differ from the actual figures to be disclosed in the annual results of the Company. As such, the above information is provided for investors’ reference only. Investors are advised to exercise caution and not to place undue reliance on the information disclosed herein.
