Karlsruhe, 20 August 2018. init innovation in traffic systems SE (ISIN DE0005759807) repurchased a total of 28,578 own shares at a weighted average price of EUR 17.50 (without additional charges) within the period from 18 July 2018 up to and including 20 August 2018. The total value of the shares repurchased was EUR 499,990.02 (without additional charges).
The share buyback was carried out in accordance with the ad hoc release dated 17 July 2018 and was executed via the stock exchange (XETRA) by Commerzbank AG, the financial institution commissioned by init.
The number of repurchased shares corresponds to an imputed share of 0.28 % of the capital stock. Pursuant to the resolution of 17 July 2018 the share buyback is thus completed.
