init innovation in traffic systems SE (ISIN DE0005759807) repurchased a total of 35,000 own shares at a weighted average price of EUR 19.69 (without additional charges) within the period from 19 October 2017 up to and including 10 November 2017. The total value of the shares repurchased was EUR 689,290.24 (without additional charges).
The share buyback was carried out in accordance with the ad hoc release dated 18 October 2017 and was executed via the stock exchange (XETRA) by Commerzbank AG, the financial institution commissioned by init.
The number of repurchased shares corresponds to an imputed share of 0.35 % of the capital stock. Pursuant to the resolution of 18 October 2017 the share buyback is thus completed.
