The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) has awarded INIT
Innovations in Transportation, Inc. - a wholly owned US subsidiary of init
innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN DE 0005759807) - as their provider
for the installation and operation of a multi-modal fare collection system.
The contract is expected to be signed soon following the proceedings of the
RFP. After successful contract closure init anticipates a total contract
value of more than 30 Million US$.
